the breakfast was acceptable. (the coffee was decent).
the room was quite warm. i found there was no air conditioning provided, a significant oversight. the noise from outside was also intrusive as the windows provided insufficient sound insulation (i could clearly hear traffic).

the room WAS clean, which i suppose is the bare minimum one expects.
My "classic twin room" felt cramped and dated. The furniture looked WORN, and the overall impression was disappointing. the television remote didn't work. i reported the issue, but it remained unresolved throughout my stay.

I found the hotel dog-friendly, it presented plenty of open spaces for good walks with my furry companion. the room i stayed in was generously sized, offering comfort and ease. i must say, the bed was comfortable. I slept soundly throughout my stay. the location was great. It facilitated easy access to the motorway, a great feature for my onward journey.
The lift seemed a bit small. I found it slightly difficult to manage with luggage.

the breakfast was lovely and offered a great selection. i was happy that the rooms were clean and easy to access throughout the hotel. the room service was amazing, arriving within an hour of my order.
the room was very small and lacked storage for clothes. the short shower curtain did not keep water in the bath. the shower gel was not refilled .

The free parking was very convenient. The buffet lunch had warm food and a great selection. I found my room to be clean and warm. The team provided great communication for organizing the event. I was pleased with the event staff. Jane and Claire were attentive.
The initial room given had limited operational sockets. This required us to move rooms. It was a definite inconvenience.

Alison, pujan, jayden, and poppy. the rooms were always clean and tidy. I really liked that. greeting at reception was always warm, bar staff and waiting staff were always very friendly it was a lovely experience.
The safe in my room was full of rubbish and the toilet did not flush well. This was a very small hiccup
